The last layout(s) I have planned for 2010 are for Christmas which I have finally started working on....pictures are gathered and some templates have been selected. Now I just have to pick a kit(s) to use. This coming weekend is International Scrapbooking Day (iNSD) so there will be lots of sales...so I can pick up some kits and such to play with if I don't find a kit I like in my stash before then!

April 'From the Files" challenge at The Daily Digi

Libby Pritchett Here Comes The Sun - glitter2 Jacque Larsen LoneStar - PP1 Holly Designs Details in the Fabric -el3 Studio Q Sweet Garden - paper1 Quirky Twerp Playful Sunshine - polkadotgreen MissMint  iRock - beads Sara Gleason Dandelion - template #1 (Zinnias & Swallowtails)

All of the supplies used for this layout are from the April Digi Files. This is probably the quickest layout I have done in a long time - sure beats the very long month that the last one took!. Amazing what a restriction of supplies will do for a little boost of creativity. I adjusted the hue and saturation of all the papers to get the different levels of color for various layers and paper stips.

My little boy is very lucky to be able to have his "iPhone" and he takes full advantage of it while we are on our way to work/daycare and back home again. While we were driving home today I took this picture when I remembered I needed something to do this challenge this week as we have been bad about not taking a camera (other than our phones which don't take nice pictures) anywhere. Hopefully, at the temperature continues to warm and we start going places again we will remember the camera more often!

The layout from.....

This layout has been bugging me for OVER a month and it's finally finished. I am planning to move on from here and finish 2010 and get them printed!

Kit: Everyday Life by Gina Marie Huff at Weeds & Wildflowers Design – The Daily Digi #27
Template:  Jenn Lindsey LO3 from Tempblends Vol 6 - The Daily Digi Nov 2010

The part that stumped me the longest was the title - I finally just went with something in the kit that was close enough to what I was going for in the story of the page. Could not find an alpha that I liked enough to want to fiddle with. I am looking forward to seeing what this looks like printed - love Jenn Lindsey's templates but need to see them printed soon!
